Agreement

By accessing or using Motor Coach Network you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or posting a listing.
One account per person; sharing credentials is prohibited.

Listings

Coaches and staff postings must be accurate and not misleading.
Managers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their listings.
We may remove listings that violate these terms or applicable law.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". Motor Coach Network is a marketplace — we don't inspect or warrant individual coaches, employment candidates, or buyers. All transactions are between users directly, and you should verify credentials, condition, and any claims independently before purchase or hire.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motor Coach Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or any transaction made through it.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
